After spending 12 incredible years working with top-notch teams at companies like Google and Trimble, I embarked on a journey to create something truly unique—a private coaching practice dedicated to helping successful professionals like you experience deep fulfillment in their careers, relationships, and spirituality.
Before diving into the world of coaching, I was a people manager, and I prided myself on being an effective one. Drawing from my own experience, I mentored and guided my team, ensuring they had the support they needed. But as time went on, things became more complex, and I realized that relying solely on my own expertise wasn't enough.
That's when I discovered the power of coaching—a way to empower my team to find their own answers, tap into their inner wisdom, and unleash their potential. It was a game-changer!
I witnessed the incredible transformation of my team and colleagues. Through increased levels of consciousness, they tapped into newfound energy, self-mastery, balance, creativity, communication, productivity, and, most importantly, fulfillment. This positive shift wasn't limited to the workplace; it permeated their lives outside of work too.
Inspired by this fresh approach to leadership, I created the role of an Internal Leadership Development Coach, and soon after, I started my own private coaching practice. Additionally, my passion for coach-based leadership led me to become a Lead Trainer for iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), where I’ve had the privilege of nurturing the next generation of professional coaches.
Through hundreds of hours of deep coaching, I have witnessed the magic that unfolds when individuals are given the opportunity to discover their own inner “sage” and unlock their true potential. By asking powerful questions and wholeheartedly believing in their greatness, I've seen remarkable transformations happen right before my eyes. And in doing so, I discovered my true calling—to enrich the world by creating a space for people to unlock their inner genius, wisdom, and answers. And in doing so, connect with the kind of deep fulfillment that so many are seeking.
Reconnecting with deeper meaning in my own career, relationships, and spirituality completely transformed my world and empowered me to positively influence not just others, but myself as well. It is this profound personal journey that fuels my passion for supporting other successful professionals like you. When I'm not coaching, you can find me enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Colorado, where I am fortunate to call home. I'm also a proud husband to my high school sweetheart and a grateful father to two amazing teenage boys who constantly remind me to stay curious about life.
